Over the years, heating circuits build up deposits of iron sludge, limescale and corrosion particles. These gradually block radiators and pipework, forcing the boiler to produce more heat to compensate — pushing up energy use and raising the risk of breakdown. Our engineers use professional cleaning equipment — chemical flushing, pressurised rinsing and a magnetic filter — to remove all the deposits without damaging your pipework or your radiators. Once the work is done, a corrosion inhibitor is added to the circuit to slow the return of sludge and protect the metal parts of the system.
